| Grants
are monetary awards given for educational purposes that do not
have to be paid back. In other words, grants are a source of
free money to help finance your college education. Grants are
generally awarded on the basis of need for one year only, with
the recipient not having to show unusually exceptional abilities.
Simply getting accepted by the college is normally sufficient
academic achievement for grant consideration. This is what makes
grants so desirable.
