provide assistance to those students who need special help
to meet their extra budget requirements due to a handicap.
The Alexander Graham Bell Association
for the Deaf
(Washington, DC) gives awards
between $500-$1,000 for students who are deaf and disabled.

The Twitty, Milsap,
Sterban Foundation
(Detroit, MI.), offers undergraduate and graduate
scholarships in all fields of study to students who are partially

The National Association
for the Deaf
makes annual awards of $1,000 to graduate students
studying in areas related to sign language or an aspect of
the deaf community, For information contact: National Association

The American Council
of the Blind

20005 offers annual scholarships of $1.000-$1,500.
